Pre-Wedding Planning / Consulting

  • Pre-wedding contact begins two months prior to wedding day and includes:

    • Two (2) in-person client and planner meetings (initial checklist planning session and final meeting)

    • Unlimited phone calls, texts and emails

  • Timeline Management, including a detailed schedule for the wedding party and full arrival/departure times for vendors and rentals

  • Assistance with Stationery or other wedding collateral as needed

Wedding Rehearsal

  • Coordinate and attend one hour Ceremony Rehearsal at wedding venue

  • Distribute wedding day itinerary to wedding party, family and attendants

Wedding Day

  • Lead Planner and Event Assistant on-site up to 12 hours

  • Access to LED Bridal Emergency Kit

  • Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception

  • Deliver final payments & gratuities to all vendors (if needed once confirmed)

  • Oversee set-up of the ceremony and reception done by vendors to ensure your vision is complete

  • Set-up additional ceremony and reception décor not handled by vendors

  • Ensure all accessories for day of (i.e. Rings, License, etc.) are present

  • Cue music for the ceremony

  • Bustle wedding gown

  • Cue Bride and Groom as well as Bridal Party for all important events, traditions and formalities

  • Collect all personal wedding items and gifts and deliver to designated person

Notes: Additional assistance will be required for larger weddings (150+) and additional staffing cost will apply. If Event is over 60 miles from primary business location (Orlando or Miami) an additional Travel Fee will apply.
